石焼きのイメージが強いビビンバを、オシャレなピンチョスに。
ホームパーティーや、こどもとのランチにもオススメなレシピ。

  • 大根、もやし、ほうれん草のナムルを作る。(違う材料のナムルもOK!)
  • ボールにご飯を入れ、白ごまとよく混ぜる。
  • フライパンにセルクルを置き、ごはんを詰めて焼く。
  • 焼き色がついたらセルクルを一度取って裏返し、またはめて両面焼く。
  • その上に、ナムルを入れていく。同じフライパンでうずらの卵を割って目玉焼きを作る。
  • ボールにマヨネーズとコチュジャンをあえてソースを作り、袋に詰め、お皿に線を描く。描き方はセンスで!
  • セルクルを取りお皿に盛りつけ、その上に目玉焼きを乗せる。
  • 上にネギの小口切り、糸唐辛子をのせ、チリパウダーをふり完成!

【Spain Style】 Bibimbap (Korean styke rice dish) in one bite

Give a twist to Bibimbap and shake-off the stone bowl image and make it to stylish pincho.

Cooking step:
– To make Namul (seasoned vegetable) in this recipe we use radish, bean sprouts, spinach.
You can use other vegetable you like.
– Put rice in a bowl and mix well with white sesame.
– Put cercle on frying pan, put rice inside it and fry.
– When rice become brown, take cercle out and flip rice and put it back on to fry other side.
– Stuff Namul on the rice. Use same fry pan to fry quail egg.
– Put mayonnaise and gochujang (Korean red chili paste) in a bowl and mix it together to make a source.
Use the sauce to draw line on the plate. Have you!
– Set rice on the plate before take out cercle. Then put fried quail egg on the top.
– Topping with finely chopped green onion, sliced red pepper and chilli powder.
