肉じゃがをじゃがいもで包んだら、オシャレなフレンチに。
逆転の発想から生まれた、新しいスタイルのレシピ。

  • じゃがいもをスチーマーに入れ、竹串が通るくらいまで蒸す。
  • 蒸したじゃがいもを半分に切り、真ん中をスプーンでくり抜く。くりぬいた中身はボールに入れておく。
  • ボールのじゃがいもにマヨネーズ、塩、ブラックペッパーを入れ、ポテトサラダを作る。
  • くり抜いたじゃがいもに、肉じゃがの具を詰めていく。
  • お皿にポテトサラダを乗せる(滑り止めの役目)。
  • その上に先ほど詰めたじゃがいもを乗せ、その上からもう半分のじゃがいもを蓋としてかぶせる。
  • 上に茹でた絹さやを飾りに乗せ、竹串を刺して完成!

【French Style】Niku-jaga

Cooking steps:

  1. Put potato in steamer. Steam until you can put bamboo skewer and get through the potato.
  2. Cut the steamed potato in half, and take out the inside with spoon to make a potato plate.
    Put potato you took out in a bowl to make potato salad.
  3. Put mayonnaise, salt and black pepper to seasoning potato.
  4. Put niku-jaga inside potato plate.
  5. Put potato salad on to the plate. This is to stop your potato plate from slipping from the plate.
  6. Put potato plate on the top of potato salad, then using the other half of sliced potato as a cover to put on the top of potato plate.
  7. Decorate the top using other colour vegetable for example boiled green pea, and pin it with bamboo skewer. And it is done!
