Would you like to bake a stone oven style pizza at your home?
We have a solution for you. And don’t worry it is not that complicated.
All you need is just a pizza dough and a “Skillet” pan.

Make pizza dough

  1. Put all ingredients (all purpose flour 160g, corn grits 60g, salt 4g, sugar 4g, instant dry yeast 4g, water 120g) in bread maker and knead it for 5 minutes.
    Then add oilve oil (1 tablespoon) and knead again for 5 minutes.
    Take out pizza dough and put it in a bowl, let it perment until it become 1.5 times of the size.
  2. Separate pizza dough into 2 portions. Spread 1 portion into round shape and fit the size of the skillet.
    Make the edge a little thinker.
  3. Pre-heat the skillet first. Then put pizza dough in.
  4. Put pizza sauce, topped with basil, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and then put some oilve oil.
  5. Put on the lid and bake around 3-5 minutes with low heat.
  6. Create burn mark with burner to get stone oven bake style.
  7. Then it is finish!

Make pizza sauce

  1. Put olive oil and the garlic in the skillet, and fry until garlic’s aroma comeout.
  2. Add sliced onion, and slowly fry it until it become golden brown.
  3. Add canned tomato, salt, pepper, soup stock cube, dried basil, oregano and then boil it down.
